When you are ready to proceed one of award winning Building Designers will start working on the floor plan based on the design brief. Once we have established the Floor Plan the exterior is designed with all four elevations included.
When you are satisfied with all aspects of the home we produce an estimated cost to build the home which is normally within 5% of the final contract amount. The cost for Concepts is $2,995. A Soil Test & Contour Survey will also need to be provided or can be arranged through us.

To establish a fixed price quote Working Drawings will need to be produced. This enables the job to be sent out to the various trades for pricing. We pride ourselves on the level of detail included in our drawings. On completion of Working Drawings a fixed price quote is compiled with a guaranteed construction period and the Avantgarde Homes Best Price Guarantee.
We also provide you with a 3D Walkthrough and a 3D External View.

Once the contract has been signed we will place orders and compile the project plan. We also organise all approvals and insurances. Work commences onsite within 10 days of approvals being granted. Whilst this is happening we will guide you through colour selections for both the interior & exterior. Any house design inclusion can be changed at any time. The variation will be quoted & documented prior to commencement ensuring you have peace of mind.
